Guidlines for Parents/ Guardians

  • Parents must not enter class-either to see their wards or seek interviews with the teachers during class hours. They can meet the teacher on P.T.A. days or during the timings mentioned in the almanac/daily Diary. Every last working day of the month is P.T.A. meeting except gazetted holiday.
  • They are required to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality, discipline and by taking interest in their child's work. They should check the almanac/Diary everyday, the home work assigned and any other instructions given. They are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if any Notice, Invitation, etc. has been issued.
  • They are required to inform the school if there is, any change in their address/telephone numbers immediately for security reasons. In an emergency, written permission must be taken from the Principal and class teacher and the bus incharge should be informed. Children, when sick, should not be sent to school to attend classes.
  • Parents attention is drawn to the fact that criticism of a teacher of the school in the presence of a child causes the child to lose his or her respect of the teacher, MD will retard his or her progress. Any communication by the parents should he addressed to the principal and not to the class teacher. Parents may see the principal from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on any working day for their problem and seeking solution thereof.
  • Please note that before and after school timings School will not be responsible for your ward those not using transport.
  • Parents should sign the progress report on the scheduled date. If this report is-lost, a replacement will be made only against payment.

SCHOOL TIMING

Winter Timing

  • Pre School and Pre Primary : from 7:50 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Ist to XIIth : from 7:50 AM to 01:40 PM.

Summer Timing

  • Pre School and Pre Primary : from 8:20 AM to 1:40 PM.
  • Ist to XIIth : from 8:20 AM to 02:10 PM.

Note : The School shall remain closed for all the students on Second Saturday of the month & no classes will be held on Last working day for Pre-Primary / Primary and middle classes.

SPORTS and GAMES

    The school provides facilities for all games.
  • To encourage healthy competition, character building and physical stamina
  • Inter-class and Inter-House Competitions, are held in all available games for senior and junior boys and girls each year.
  • Games form an intergral and vital part of school curriculum.
  • The popular games played in the school are Badminton,Basket-ball, Tabletennis, Athletics,carrom board & chess.

Educational Tours / Excursions

The school conducts educational tours from time to time to cover Delhi and neighbouring states. Tours are organised to make the students aware of India's rich heritage and rapid transformation.

School Uniform

Design, Style, fabrics and shades of uniform are rigidly specific. Uniformity and specification of the uniform for the students are to be strictly followed.

School Fees

School Fee will be charged for twelve months and to be paid positively by 10th of every month.

Examination Schedule

  • Unit Tests - July Third week / Nov. Last week / Jan. Last week
  • Half Yearly Examination- September 2nd Week Onwards
  • Annualy Examination - March
